You agree that these terms will be applicable to you if you download or use the app. You are not permitted to copy or modify our name and logo in any way or any portion of the app. It is prohibited to try to extract the app's source code, as well as to attempt to translate the app into other languages or create derivative works of it. The application itself, along with all trademarks, licensing agreements, database rights and other associated intellectual property rights, remain the property of Engineer's  BCS Care.

The goal of Engineer's  BCS Care is to make this app as effective and practical as possible. Because of this, we reserve the right to alter the app or impose fees for using its features whenever we see fit. You will never be charged for the app or its services unless you are completely aware of what you are purchasing.

In order to provide our service, the Engineer's  MCQ app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us. You are in charge of keeping the app and your phone secure. In order to avoid software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system, we advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. It might compromise your phone's security measures, leave your device open to malware, viruses, and malicious programs and it might prevent the Engineer's  MCQ app from operating at all or even just partially.

For the majority of activities on our platform, such as making purchases, enrolling in courses, and taking exams, you need an account. You must supply accurate and complete information when creating and keeping up with your account. You are entirely responsible for your account and everything that occurs on it including any harm or damage that third parties or us may sustain as a result of someone else using your account without your consent. You cannot use someone else's account without that person's consent or transfer your account to someone else.

We frequently run sales and promotions for our courses, and certain courses are only offered at a discount for a limited time. The price that applies to a course will be the one in effect at the time that you complete the course's purchase. Because some of our promotions will only be accessible to newly registered users, any price offered for a course may differ when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren't registered or logged in.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and block access to the service for any reason including but not limited to a violation of the terms, without giving you prior notice or incurring any liability. Simply stop using the service if you want to cancel your account. All terms provisions, including without limitation ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity clauses, and liability limitations, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination.

You give us permission to use and share your questions, and reviews with anyone, to distribute and promote them across any platforms and in any media, and to edit or change them as we see fit. You also give us permission to use any new features or improvements that you suggest. In plain words, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in all currently existing media or distribution techniques by submitting or posting content on or through the platforms. This includes distributing your content to other businesses, groups, or people who collaborate with us.

Our platform may occasionally be unavailable due to unanticipated maintenance or a problem with the backend/server. We might also run into security-related problems. You acknowledge that if anything goes wrong in any of these scenarios, you won't be able to take legal action against us. The services and their content are offered on a "as is" and "as available" basis to use more formal, legal terminology. We expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We also make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors or accuracy of the Services or their content. We don't guarantee that using the services will lead to any specific outcomes for you. You use the services entirely at your own risk, including any content. The app does use third-party services whose terms and conditions are disclosed.

You should be aware that Engineer's  BCS Care disclaims liability for a variety of situations. The app will need to have an active internet connection for some of its features. If you don't have access to Wi-Fi or have used up all of your data allotment and still have a connection, Engineer's  BCS Care is not responsible for the app not functioning properly. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.

The terms of the contract with your mobile network provider will still be in effect if you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi hotspot. As a result, you might incur additional fees from third parties or be charged by your mobile service provider for the cost of data for the time that you were connected and using the app. If you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming, you agree to pay any associated fees as a condition of doing so, including roaming data fees. Please be aware that we presume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app if you are not the one paying the bill for the device on which you are using it.

In a similar vein, Engineer's  BCS Care can't always be held accountable for how you use the app, i.e. To use the service, you must keep your device charged; otherwise, Engineer's  BCS Care cannot be held liable if it runs out of power and you are unable to turn it on. When using the app, it's important to remember that while we make every effort to make sure that it is current and accurate at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. This is relevant to Engineer's  BCS Care responsibility for your use of the app. Engineer's  BCS Care disclaims all responsibility for any direct or indirect losses you may incur as a result of relying solely on this app's functionality.

We might want to update the app at some point. The app is currently available on, but the system requirements (and any other systems we choose to make the app available on) may change. If you want to continue using the app, you'll need to download the updates. Engineer's  BCS Care does not guarantee that it will update the app frequently enough to make it useful to you and/or compatible with the version you have set up on your device. We may decide to stop providing the app, and we may terminate your use of it at any time without providing you with notice of termination. Nevertheless, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. Upon any termination, (a) the licenses and rights granted to you under these terms will terminate, unless we notify you otherwise; and (b) you must stop using the app and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions:

We may reserve the rights to update Our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
